Terms of Service

By using FigBloxUI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

FigBloxUI provides a Figma plugin and Roblox Studio plugin that converts Figma designs to Roblox UI elements. The service includes a cloud relay for transferring data and uploading images between Figma and Roblox Studio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FigBloxUI. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Authentication

You authenticate via Roblox OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your license key with others. Each license key is limited to 3 devices.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial is limited to one per Figma account, tracked server-side. Reinstalling the plugin or creating new Figma accounts to circumvent this limit is a violation of these terms.

5. Subscription & Payment

• After the trial, a paid subscription ($9/month) is required to continue using the Service
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal — access remains until the end of the billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Refund Policy

• If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment
• Subsequent months are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime
• Refund requests: email [email protected] with your Figma User ID

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the plugin
• Use the service to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content to Roblox
• Attempt to bypass license checks, trial limits, or rate limiting
• Share your license key with others or use it on more than 3 devices
• Use automated tools to abuse the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure

8. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all designs you process through FigBloxUI. We do not claim any rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process and relay your design data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

9. Image Uploads

Images exported from Figma are uploaded to Roblox using your OAuth credentials. These images become Roblox assets on your account. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content complies with Roblox Community Standards.

10. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• The Service depends on third-party services (Cloudflare, Roblox API, Figma) which may experience outages
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and temporary data will be deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

FigBloxUI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all Figma designs or Roblox features
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for content uploaded to Roblox through the Service

13. Trademark

FigBloxUI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Figma Inc. or Roblox Corporation. "Figma" is a trademark of Figma, Inc. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. These names are used solely for descriptive purposes.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. For significant changes, we will notify users through the Figma plugin. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
